IS SHIPPING FREE?
We offer free shipping on all orders within, the United States as long as local stock is available. Shipping rates will be increased for cross-country transfers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not eligible for free shipping, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), products that are not in stock locally. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Shipping and Returns Policy
We ship domestic and worldwide using UPS, FedEx and DHL services.
All orders are sent and tracked. The tracking number is provided with an order confirmation email.
Whilst we try to get your orders to you as seamlessly and as quickly as possible we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international customs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
The shipping duration depends on the specific product and the shipping address provided. Typically, our standard shipping method takes between 2 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact the shipping duration.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE A INCORRECT ADDRESS?
All customers that provide an incorrect address when ordering, have the ability to ship to the alternative address if the package has not yet shipped. However, if the parcel has been shipped we are not liable to provide any customer with a refund or replacement.
